Sofra by Mom ("we") prepares home-cooked meals for pickup and delivery in Miami, FL. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, the food you order and any notes you add.
• Account details (if you create an account): saved addresses and favorite dishes.
• Payment: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Menu alerts: the email address and/or mobile number you give us, and when you agreed to receive alerts.
• Technical data: basic logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

To prepare and deliver your order, send receipts and order updates, answer your questions, send menu alerts you asked for, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations.

Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, we use your number only to send the messages you signed up for. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business: Stripe (payments), our email and text-message providers, and our hosting provider. They may use your information only to provide their service to us. We may also share information if required by law.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and alert subscriptions at any time.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in every message, stop texts by replying STOP, turn off phone notifications in your browser settings, and edit or delete saved addresses in your account. To access or delete your information, contact us below.
