Our story
Sofra means the table where everyone gathers. Every dish on our menu is cooked by Mom, the way Turkish home cooking has always been done: slowly, from scratch, with no shortcuts.
We cook to order. You choose your dishes at least 3 days ahead, and Mom cooks exactly what was ordered, fresh, in a licensed commercial kitchen in Miami. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you.
Every dish comes in its own container, so you can mix and match: a main, a pilaf, a salad, a meze. Allergens are listed on every dish and printed on every label.
